Easy wrap packed with morning goodness

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Wrap

2 egg whites
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
1 oz. sliced ham, extra lean, 3 slices
1/2 cup fresh spinach
2 tblsp reduced fat cheddar
1 tsp mustard (optional)
1 Whole Wheat Tortilla

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Wrap

Mix egg whites, hot sauce and pepper. Cook over medium heat until set. Add cheese in the last minute of cooking, just to melt. Lay out tortilla. Spread mustard, if desired. Then layer ham, spinach and egg mixture. Wrap up and enjoy!
