3 c whole wheat flour
4 t baking powder
4 egg
2 c skim milk
2 T olive oil

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Whole Wheat Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix flour and baking powder in a big mixing bowl.

  3. Beat eggs, milk and oil in a large mixing cup.

  4. Pour liquid into flour and mix gently till all ingredients moistened.

  5. Pour into muffin tins that have been sprayed with a non-stick product.

  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes till golden brown.
