Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Veggie wrap

1 whole wheat tortilla
4 egg whites
2 tbsp. of salsa
1/2 cup of broccoli
1/2 cup of spinach
4 slices of tomato

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Veggie wrap

  1. Heat up broccoli in microwave for 2 min.

  2. apply cooking spray then toss on eggs

  3. throw in broccoli and salsa

  4. mix

  5. heat tortilla

  6. lay tortilla and place scramble on top
