A filling Mexican styled breakfast!

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast tostada

2 tortillas Extra Thin Yellow Corn Tortillas
62 grams Fat Free Refried Beans
1/4 cup dry Fast
1 piece Light String Cheese Snacks
0.5 pepper Peppers, Hot Chili, Green
4 ounces Pan Grilled Asparagus
1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
50 grams 100% Lemon Juice
1 serving Sliced Jalapenos

Recipe Directions for Breakfast tostada

  1. Follow package directions for rice.

  2. Slice green pepper, cut white ends from asparagus, put on grill with tortillas continue to cook until tortillas soften, and then continue cooking the other vegetables.

  3. while vegetables are cooking, cut open avocado, remove pit, and squeeze fruit from skin into small bowl. Use a knife to make smaller pieces , then add 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice, cut up two slices of jalapeņos (or more if you so desire), add them to the avocado and mash together with a fork.

  4. Place tortillas on bottom of plate, then add refried beans, cook for one minute in the microwave, then add rice, veggies, and avocado.
