Freeze well. Wrap in foil then pop in the oven 300 for 20 min and out the door to work.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Tortillas

1 large Egg, Whole
2 large Egg, White
3/4 cup Seasoning Blend
1/2 cup Black Beans
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter
2 tortillas White Corn Tortillas 80 Count

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Tortillas

Melt butter. Scramble egg and whites. Season to your taste. Add seasoning blend and saute. Add Black beans. Heat for 3 minutes. Pour egg mix over veggies. Cook until eggs are set. Remove tortilla from oven and place egg mixture in center and roll. Eat 2 and freeze the others.
