Quick and easy breakfast tortilla

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Tortilla

12 whole wheat tortillas
12 eggs
1 cup of ham, diced
1 cup of sweet green pepper, diced
1 cup of red pepper, diced
1 cup of green onion, diced
1 cup of Monterey jack cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Tortilla

  1. sauté vegetables and ham

  2. add eggs

  3. scoop mixture in to tortillas

  4. add shredded cheese

  5. fold and freeze in a single layer

  6. once frozen, wrap in saran wrap and foil and keep in freezer
