1 large egg
2 oz black forest ham
1 oz green pepper
1 oz cooking onion
2 oz ketchup
1 tortilla
1/4 oz cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Tortia

  1. saute onions, ham & green pepper

  2. whisk egg

  3. add egg to onion, ham & pepper mix

  4. heat tortilla 10sec in micro

  5. spread Ketchup on tortilla

  6. place omelette on tortilla top with cheese

  7. roll
