Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Tacos

2 corn tortillas
2 tablespoons reduced fat cheddar cheese
1/4 cup salsa
1/2 cup egg beaters

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Tacos

  1. Scramble the egg beaters using non stick canola oil spray.

  2. Divide egg beaters between two corn tortillas.

  3. Top the eggs with one tablespoon of cheese each.

  4. Microwave for 15 seconds to melt cheese.

  5. Top each tortilla with 2 tablespoons salsa each.
