Recipe Ingredients for breakfast tacos

1 large egg
1/8 red onion
1/8 red bell pepper
1/8 potato
1/2 oz pepper jack cheese
1 tsp salsa
1 tbs olive oil
2 flour tortillas

Recipe Directions for breakfast tacos

Heat skillet. Add oil and then vegetables. When they are cooked, add eggs. Cook until egg is fluffy. Serve on tortillas with salsa, or fresh avocado, sour cream, or cheese.
