1 serving La Tortilla Factory Whole Grain Fiber and Flax White Corn Tortillas
2 oz canadian bacon
1 tbsp salsa
1 whole egg
1 Eggland's Best Egg White

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Taco

Use cooking spray on small frying pan. Heat diced canadian bacon. Mix egg in bowl and scramble with canadian bacon. Heat tortilla on a stove for 30 seconds each side. Put eggs in tortilla, add salsa.
