Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast stir fry

1 medium potato, cooked
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
7 oz Turkey Smoked Sausage (oscar mayer)

Recipe Directions for Breakfast stir fry

  1. Spray skillet with nonstick spray

  2. Add cubed cooked potato, green pepper, onion, and mushrooms. Saute until pepper is tender.

  3. Add chopped smoked sausage to skillet and saute until it is heated thru.

  4. Top egg wraps or breakfast burritos.
