30 marshmallows
3 1/2 cups rice crispies
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbs margarine
1 cups sunflower seeds
1 cups dried cranberries
1 cups cashews

  1. melt marshmallows

  2. throw in all ingredients and mix

  3. put into greased tray

  4. refrigerated
