Recipe Ingredients for breakfast spinach egg muffins

1/3 c onion
156 g mushrooms
68 g great value smoked bacon
98 g spinach
1 large egg
206 g egg whites

Recipe Directions for breakfast spinach egg muffins

saute onion till soft then put in chopped mushrooms till soft mix in chopped bacon and spinach that has been squeezed dry. put mixture in bowl until cooled. mix in one egg and egg whites. pour or scoop into muffin pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. bake at 350 until completly set up.
