Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast, Snacks, Lunch and Dinner

2 slices Bread, Wonder Lite
5 teaspoons cheddar cheese, shredded, non fat
1/2 cup sweet potatoe
1/2 cup yam
2 teaspoons oregano
2 cups lettuce
2 mushrooms
6 slices tomatoe
2 teaspoons scallions
1 cup cucumbers
8 ounces Milk, non fat
10 cantaloupe balls
1/16 watermelon
3 cups popcorn, air popped
2 pickles, dill

Recipe Directions for Breakfast, Snacks, Lunch and Dinner

  1. Breakfast - Cantaloupe and Watermelon

  2. Snacks

  3. Air Pop Popcorn, yield 3 cups, spray with no cal butter spray

  4. Have a pickle or two

  5. 2 Slices of Tomatoe, 1/2 cup cucumber

  6. Dinner

  7. Coat Bread with Pam

  8. Spread Non Fat Cheddar Cheese

  9. Cook

  10. Slice Yam and Sweet Potatoe into Wedges

  11. Coat with Oregano

  12. Heat in 450 degree oven until done (prox 25 minutes)

  13. Make salad with rest of vege's, use Salad Spray - not listed (10 Cal for 10 sprays)
