Brown rice with fruit, cinnamon, nuts

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast/Snack Rice

2 cups brown rice
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup seedless raisins
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
4 dried apricots, diced
2 tbsp splenda

Recipe Directions for Breakfast/Snack Rice

  1. cook rice per pkg directions. Rinse rice when cooked and drain.

  2. Mix all ingredients into rice and refridgerate.

  3. 1/2 cup for breakfast with 1 serving of yogurt or have 1/2 cup for lunch with raw vegetables or 1 slice whole grain bread toasted.
