This just fills me up for hours and I don't need anything until lunch.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Smoothie - Strawberries

250 ml low fat milk
190 ml yogurt (unsweetened)
10 strawberries (frozen & unsweetened)
100 grams banana (or 1 medium banana)
2 tsps honey
10 grams almonds (dry roasted, no salt)

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Smoothie - Strawberries

  1. Put everything in a blender and blend until it reaches the desired smoothness.

  2. Pour into 2 tall glasses and enjoy.
