Delicious breakfast smoothie to get a jumpstart on the day.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Smoothie

0.5 cup Fresh Frozen Mixed Berries
0.25 cup, unthawed Blueberries
1 serving Skim Milk Fat Free
1 serving holy crap cereal (2 tbs)
1 tsp, whole Flaxseed
1 serving (LeanFit) Whey Protein Shake
0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.5 cup Salad, Vegetable, Tossed

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Smoothie

Add all ingredients to a blender and mix together (I use a bullet mixer). Enjoy! It's rather high in calories and should be used as a meal replacement.
