This is an organic Breakfast smoothie with plenty of protein and fiber and vitamins and calcium

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Smoothie

1 cup, unthawed Blueberries
0.75 cup Raspberries
1 serving vegan rice protien powder
1 cup Pure Almond Original
1 serving Flaxseed
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Smoothie

grind flax seeds in a coffee grinder. Add all ingredients to blender, add some water to aid in mixing. Blend until smooth. Let sit then blend once more. Yummy! Add other ingredients to change it up.
