Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Smoothie

1 banana, frozen, sliced
1 cup mixed berries
1/2 cup fat-free milk
1 tbs peanut butter
1 tbs flax seeds
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup ice cubes (five cubes)

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Smoothie

Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and puree. The berries may be fresh or frozen. It may be easier to crush the ice first.
