1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
5 medium (1-1/4" dia) Strawberries
1 cup Plain Nonfat
1 cup Blueberries
80 grams Whey Isolate Protein
2 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
1 cup Orange Juice
