Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Smoothie

1/2 cup soft tofu
1 cup frozen fruit
1/2 cup skim milk
3 tbsp Oats

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Smoothie

  1. Mix all together in a blender, blend until smooth. Enjoy!

  2. "I've been using Banana flavoured tofu, strawberries and pineapple. Coconut tofu with raspberries. Peach/mango tofu with peaches and strawberries. Banana tofu with blueberries. Mix it up every morning, and you won't get bored!" ~ Krista :D
