Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Smoothie

3 oz strawberries
1 oz blueberries
1 medium banana
4 oz yogurt
4 oz skim milk

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Smoothie

I use Danon Activia Yogurt in this smoothie. Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend on smoothie setting for 1 minute. Serve.
