This has everything but the kitchen sink! It's fruity,smooth and creamy.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Smoothie

2 oranges,juiced
1 banana
1 cup peaches,sliced,frozen
2 strawberries,frozen
1/3 cup blueberries,frozen
1 c plain yogurt,fat free
3 tablespoons soy protein,powdered
3 tablespoons flax seed,milled
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1/3 cup pumpkin,canned

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Smoothie

  1. Juice oranges,add juice and pulp to blender

  2. add frozen fruits,blend until partially pureed

  3. add two ingredients at a time,blend until partially mixed.

  4. Once all ingredients are in blender, blend until smooth,scraping sides to get all mixed.
