Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Smoothie

16 oz low-fat raspberry yogurt
2 cups low-fat milk
1 cup strawberries, frozen
1 cup raspberries, frozen
30 g whey protein

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Smoothie

  1. Place all ingrediants into the blender.

  2. Blend on high for one minute.

  3. Place in four glasses.
