Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Smoothie

1 tsp raw sunflower seeds
1 tsp raw pumpkin seeds
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tsp raw almonds
1 tsp raw walnuts
1 cup 2% milk

put all ingredients in the blender with an added cup of water. blend until smooth and enjoy
