1 fruit (2-5/8" dia) Oranges
0.5 medium banana Bananas
0.5 cup Nonfat Plain Yogurt
0.5 cup Sliced Peaches

Start by adding fresh orange to blender,end with about 3 ice cubes and about 3 tbsp of water for easy blending.Blend for 30-45 second.Enjoy.Will keep you very few for long
