0.5 cup, thawed Strawberries
1 extra small (less than 6" long) Bananas
1 cup Spinach
0.25 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
1 serving Walnut Halves
4 oz 100% White Grape Juice
3 oz Vanilla Yogurt

blend oatmeal, spinach, nut of choice with liquid of choice until smooth. Add fruit of choice and yogurt and blend again until smooth.
