Makes 1 serving



1/2 pear, 1/2 mango, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup yogart ( adds sweetner), and 1/2 cup or more of spinach. Blend it up

0.5 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) Pears
0.5 cup, sliced Mangos
0.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
2 oz Lowfat Yogurt Strawberry Blended
0.5 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for breakfast smoothie with pear/mango

  1. blend up everything except spinach.

  2. when totally blended ( I do not freeze fruit but you can) add the spinach ( fresh tastes better than frozen)
