Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Smoothie #1

0.5 oz Yogurt
0.5 cup Raspberries
0.38 Cup Breakfast Cereal
0.5 cup Organic Fat Free Milk
0.25 serving Six Star Muscle Whey Powder French Vanilla Cream

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Smoothie #1

Add milk and whey powder to blender and mix. Then add remaining ingredients and blend. Finally add ice (at least 12 ounces; more ice=more volume) and use ice crush feature.
