Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Slop w/ Veggies

12 large Egg, Whole
2 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.5 bunch Broccoli
2 oz Fat Free Cheddar
3 oz Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese
5 clove Garlic
0.5 oz Parmesan, Hard Cheese
1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
1 serving Salt Substitute

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Slop w/ Veggies

  1. Cut all potaoes veggies onion Into 1/4" cubes

  2. Cook with garlic(minced) and butter in a large frying pan until potaoes are soft

  3. In a seperate bowl mix eggs milk and parm.; Pour into pan over potatoes and veggies

  4. Add shredded cheeses and stir gently every few mins til eggs are set
