Light biscuit crust topped with veggies, egg and ham

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Slice

2 cups flour
1/8 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup margarine
1 large egg
1 cup 2% milk
1/2 cup zuchini
1/2 cup chopped ham
1/4 cup onion
1/2 cup shredded cheese
4 Egg, Scrambled

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Slice

  1. Blend flour, salt, baking powder in large bowl

  2. Cut in margarine.

  3. add egg and milk to make dough.

  4. Divide into two balls.

  5. Roll each ball to approximately 16" circle and put on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Crimp edges to make a lip.

  6. Fill with toppings.

  7. Bake 375 degrees for 20 min
