4 oz orange juice
1 cup raw spinach
4 oz Greek, Non-Fat, Plain Yogurt
4 oz water
1 tsp Benefiber Soluble Dietary Fiber Medical Food

Put banana, avocado, handful of spinach, orange juice, fiber greek yogurt in blender and blend until liquid.
