a nice hearty breakfast for any day. also good for atkins type diets

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast scramble

8 eggs
1/4 sweet onion
1/2 green pepper
1 tomato
3 ounces cheddar cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced

Recipe Directions for Breakfast scramble

  1. chop onion and green pepper and put in warm skillet

  2. mince garlic into skillet

  3. cook until onion and pepper are soft

  4. in mean time beat eggs

  5. when veggies are soft add eggs and cook until desired doneness

  6. add tomatos and cheese and remove pan from heat

  7. cover and allow to stand until cheese is melted
