Quick and easy breakfast scramble. I also add brown and serve sausages, but the system couldn't find a match for it. I just add it to my calories myself.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Scramble

4 large whole eggs
1 medium bell pepper
2 small onions
1 medium potato
1 jalapeno pepper

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Scramble

Cut up potato and fry in no cal cooking spray. Chop veggies and add to tender fried potato. add heat and serve sausages to middle of pan and cut up into bite size pieces. Scramble eggs in a seperate bowl with a litte water and salt and pepper. Add other spices to your taste. Push everything to the side of the pan or remopve if you want. Add eggs to pan and cook until fluffy. Mix in other mixture and toss. Enjoy.
