Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast scramble

1/2 cup egg beater
2 medium mushrooms
1/8 cup onion
1 cup spinach
1/8 cup red pepper
1/2 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Breakfast scramble

  1. add butter to pan

  2. heat on mediam heat

  3. add onions and peppers, saute for a bit

  4. add spinach, allow to reduce some

  5. add egg beaters and either let cook for an omlet or scramble

  6. serve hot

  7. add salt and pepper (or your favorite seasoning) to taste
