Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Scramble

1 slice fat free cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp ketchup

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Scramble

  1. Spray pan with non-stick spray, add veggies if need be and saute until egg is set.

  2. Put slice of cheese on toast, add egg mixture and top with ketchup.

  3. Add salt & pepper to taste.
