1/2 slice American Cheese
1 T fat-free milk (Lactaid)
1 T Soybeans
1 t red bell pepper
2 t corn, frozen

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Scramble

  1. Combine ingredients in microwave safe bowl.

  2. Microwave on high 1 minute. Stir.

  3. Microwave on high 1 minute. Stir

  4. If necessary, microwave 30 more seconds.
