3 large Egg, Whole
1 large Egg, White
2 cups Baby Spinach
1 tbsp Coconut Oil, Unrefined, Organic
1 medium raw Tomato Roma
3 oz Firm Tofu
2 tbsp Barbecue Sauce Original

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Scramble

  1. in a bowl scramble eggs and tofu together. in an hot pan add oil then spinach. once the spinach is weak, add the egg mixture.

  2. use bbq sauce for flavoring.
