On Wednesdays I need high protein for strength training I start the day out with this.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast scramble

1 egg
1 egg white
1 oz Cooked Ham
1 oz onion diced
1 oz mushrooms
1 oz 2% Milk Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1 dash pepper

Recipe Directions for Breakfast scramble

  1. dice ham onions mushrooms to small peices

  2. in a pan over med heat warm oil add onions and mushrooms a pinch of salt saute 10-15 min until caramel color

  3. while onions are cooking whisk eggs and a 1tbl of water 1/8 tsp salt and dash of pepper

  4. add ham to the pan saute until just warm pour in eggs stir for a couple minutes until they start to firm up add cheese stir until the eggs are cooked thru
