These little scones are very tasty, especially with a drizzle of powdered sugar glaze.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Scones

3 cups whole wheat pastry flour
3 tbsp sugar
3 scoops Stevia Powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup coconut oil
3/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup craisins
1/2 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Scones

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 F. In a large bowl combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, stevia, salt and cinnamon, craisins and walnuts. Mix ingredients evenly.

  2. In a small bowl, combine oil and milk and then pour into dry mix.

  3. Form into a dough and then roll out and cut into triangles.

  4. Place triangles on an ungreased baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10 to 14 minutes (or until golden on top).
