Recipe Ingredients for breakfast sausage

13/20 lbs ground pork
1 tbls onion, red, minced
1 tbls garlic, minced
1 tsp thyme, dried
1 tsp sage, ground
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for breakfast sausage

  1. in a medium bowl combine all ingredients and mix with hands

  2. divide into 6 balls and press into patties

  3. cook and eat
