In our fat days, every Friday we would swing by the Mickiy D's or Chick-fil-A for a fat laden biscuit. This is our answer to a healthier "Biscuit Friday"

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Sandwiches

1/4 cup Southwestern
2/3 oz Singles American Fat Free
2 slices Lower Sodium Bacon
1 muffin Thomas' Light Multi Grain English Muffin

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Sandwiches

Cook eggbeaters in the microwave, be careful to not overcook. Cut up bacon to fit on muffin. Place cooked eggbeaters on one muffin, bacon on the other side. Split cheese single in half and place on top. Toast in toaster oven.
