This is a hearty and filling Breakfast Sandwich; I usually eat 1/2 with some cantaloupe and eat the other half mid-morning

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Sandwich

1 roll Select 100% Whole Wheat Pre-Sliced Sandwich Thins
1 slice Singles Cheese
0.75 serving Thin Sliced Preportioned Ham
1 egg All Natural Farm Fresh Eggs Large Egg

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Sandwich

  1. Fry egg using cooking spray,no oil (I like my yolk a little runny); I do not add any salt as the ham adds enough salt

  2. Place ham (about 56 grams) on one slice on bread

  3. Place cheese slice on top of ham (Kraft FF Cheese melts really well on these sandwiches)

  4. Place cooked egg on top of the cheese

  5. Top with other half of bread

  6. Put sandwich back in frying pan and brown on both sides long enough to melt cheese

  7. Eat and enjoy
