1/4 cup eggbeaters
1/4 cup chicken breast
1 tbs mushrooms
28 g Kraft Natural Shredded Cheese - 2% Milk Reduced Fat - Mild Cheddar
1 whole wheat english muffin

Recipe Directions for Breakfast sandwich

  1. mix chicken breast, mushrooms, cheese and eggbeaters into a microwave safe bowl that is about the same size as the diameter of the english muffin.

  2. Microwave for 1 1/2 to two minutes. Allow 2-3 minutes for cool down.

  3. Toast the english muffin

  4. Breakfast sandwich!
