Quick and easy breakfast sandwich!

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Sandwich

4 slice Bread, White, Commercially Prepared
3 large Egg, White
0.5 cup Spinach
2 tbsp chopped Onions
0.5 oz Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1 serving Ham
2 serving Singles Swiss 2% Milk

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Sandwich

  1. using a large cookie cutter cut bread into circles set aside, mix eggs with milk and beat till well mixed, non stick spray in skillet, add onions and saute for a couple minutes add in spinach and wilt and combine.

  2. In another skillet spray on stick and let heat up...put your bread into the egg mixture (just on one side) then brown off as you would french toast when cook on that side flip and toast the other side of the bread till brown and crunchy.

  3. Add the remainder of the egg mixture to your onion and spinach mixture and scramble lightly.

  4. Put french toast side up fill with the mixture top with swiss cheese and top with other toast and enjoy!
