Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Sandwich

1 muffin 100 Calorie Original English Muffin
5 tbsp Egg Whites
1 slice Free Singles American Nonfat Pasteurized Process Cheese Product

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Sandwich

Toast muffin. Pour egg whites in to a tupperware or similarly microwaveable dish that is approximately the same size as the muffin. Microwave for 45 sec, loosen the sticking bottom with a fork and microwave for another 20 sec. Place egg white "patty" on toasted muffin bottom, top with cheese and other slice of the muffin. Sometimes, I add one slice of reduced sodium turkey bacon to switch it up. Enjoy! :)
