Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Sandwich

6 large Egg, White

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Sandwich

Toast two slices (2) of your favorite whole grain bread. Next break 6 eggs into a bowl. Remove each yolk by hand (I use the egg shell as a little scoop). OPTIONAL: Leave one or two (1-2) yolks if you can't stand the taste of just egg whites. Whisk as desired, cook and then place on your toast. Finally top with your favorite salsa (I like spicy >:))
