1 muffin Thomas' Light Multi Grain English Muffin
1 large Egg, Yolk
1 slice 2% Milk American Singles
1 serving Mr. Hickory Low Fat Ham

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Sandwich

Fry egg in nonstick pan with a spray of oil. Break the yolk. Flip the egg part way through and add the slice of ham on the top. Meanwhile toast the english muffin. Top one side of the muffin with the cheese, put egg on top and the slice of ham, top with otherside of muffin.
