Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Sandwich

2 eggs
1 green onion, sliced thin
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Sandwich

  1. Beat eggs in small container (I use a measuring cup). Add garlic salt, green onion, and pepper.

  2. Place in microwave for about 2 minutes (until cooked). Make sure the dish you use is tall, and the base is no wider than a slice of bread - the eggs will rise when cooking in the microwave.

  3. Place between two slices of toasted bread (I use wheat) and enjoy!
