3 oz. egg beaters
1 large egg
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 tablespoon light mayonaise

Recipe Directions for Breakfast sandwich

  1. Beat together egg substitute and whole egg

  2. Cook in pan over medium low heat

  3. Toast bread and spread each slice with 1/2 mayo

  4. Put cooked egg between slices of bread and enjoy
